Mikey’s New Herb Garden
In the last month or so we have built Mikey (our Grand Fromage) a herb garden. We have already started using the produce and its great to see all of our chefs so enthused. We are growing White Beetroot, Italian Radish, Squash, Carrots, Turnips, Cabbage & Artichokes as well as Chard, Sage, Thyme, Marjoram & Chives. From earth to plate in just 15 yards!
