Jason (Our Head Chef) and his fantastic team, create weekly changing and seasonal menus. The team concentrate on the produce, creating dishes that utilise what’s best each week; handling wonderful produce with care from our award winning suppliers – Aubrey Allen, Donald Russell, Flying Fish, Grocer on the Green & Woods to name a few.
