Woohoo…summer’s nearly here! And what better way to celebrate the Great British sunshine than with great company, great food and in a great garden?!

Nothing beats the zingy freshness of ice-cold, alfresco gin on a sunny day or any day to be honest! To kick start the British blackberry season, let us introduce to you our take on the classic ‘Bramble’ cocktail.

We are using an award-winning, handcrafted gin of exceptional quality, Whitley Neill. Softer than most traditional gins and super smooth with rich juniper and citrus, pot pourri and exotic spices. Combined with freshly squeezed lemon juice, house sugar syrup and Crème de Mure, this is definitely a top choice.
